GUITAR, as what we find nowadays, is a kind of musical instrument as result of acculturation and crossing times. the guitar has evolved from its initial design since Egyptian civilization (1350 BC). LUTE, is considered as "father" of guitar, that is a kind of a stringed instruments with seven frets (tones colomn) and some strings which the body looks like Gambus. the "mother" of guitar is VIHUELA, a stringed instruments which is originated from Spain around fifteen century. the shape of the body of Vihuela almost the same to modern guitar. Then, at sixteen century, the LUTE and the VIHUELA were mixed together as add of its string bass which in turn these mixing be the modern guitar as we can see today. the completion of modern guitar, initially happened at the end of eighteen century by Antonio de Torres Jurado, a guitar classic maker from Spain. Antonio Jurado give finishing touch to tones positions of modern guitar where, as of today we know, the fifth frets and the first string of guitar shall be tone of "A" with frequency 440 Hz.
